After looking at some picts, it looks as if I have my wing mounted wrong...I have mine mounted like a regular buggy, and I see others have the wing mounts facing down and the body clips on the bottom.

That's a tuning option. Check out the first page.

Think it's just a "tuning option" (high wing vs. low wing). Manual shows mounting them facing up.

2nd night out, and a couple of bent front drive axles. Don't remember any spectacular slam that I'd have suspected to cause this.

However I do see a few marks where the front outdrives made contact with the arms, so the arms were definitely fully compressed at some point, which would explain it because the axles are bent near the outdrives.

No other issues with the car as of yet (no DNF's), and have a few new sets of axles on the way.
