that also. Dont even remember the last time I saw 75% or more finish in a club 4wd class. A think a durable car will really help the class out.

Was thinking this was going to be my indoor car this winter...had to pickup a Dex410 just to have something to run, not sure if I can wait for it with all the new kits dropping...

Yea I don't understand what the manufacturers are doing here. I haven't been back in the hobby long enough to get a good feel for product cycles but it seems to me that they have it all wrong...and I'm not just talking about Hot Bodies here. I mean this car, the TLR, the Durango, the XRay, the Kyosho all are pre orders or due out "soon". Yokomo and SWorkz got their cars to market at the start of the season here in the US (Oct/Nov time frame) while all these others appear to be about to miss the first third.

Tekno just did this as well, releasing the 48.2 right at the end of the outdoor season. I don't get it.

Placing too much faith in overseas manufacturers will get you from time to time, no matter the size of your company.

... just stop asking for release dates, and you wont getting disappointed! Let the enginers and the teams do their work as good as possible, and without rush and stress.

Default Think I am set??

This is what I have so far,
Orion pro10 160a esc
Tekin pro4 4600kv w 35t pinion for a final drive of 6.79 and 4877 wheel rpm
(I dunno just want to try a 4pole in this thing)
Venom 3800 shorty 60c

What wheels and what servo do y'all suggest?

4600kv is overkill for this buggy. This is a 4wd buggy not a 4wd short course.

It would be undriveable unless you turned it down.

Good news, the Orion will work with the Pro4...and it makes my 7 lb 4x4 SC a rocket...the bad news, beyond overkill in a buggy...

4600kv overkill? So what do you recomend?
You saying overkill in what, torque? But that way will be slow being 2s!!

Let me know your recomendations!

I love this buggy already, being 3 gear diffs is just right for todays brushless 4x4 power!

Remember this: This buggy will make history in RC world being the first (RIGHT) 3 gear diff 1/10 buggy. Maybe then they start to make smaller scales with 3 gear diff's systems....

The tekin pro 4 overkill?! Hell yes it is! If I was feeling crazy, I would maybe try the tekin pro 2 motor.....
