Even though most of us are putting the taller side against the arms, is it necessary? I thought it was more of a look thing and potentially a sliding thing (meaning when I hit a bump, the arms will glide better than the other way). But I thought that using them either direction would still get you the right angle you wanted.

I agree. I did mine like this. because I thought less chance of snagging something(like a stake not nailed in fully) and breaking a pin.

I think the critical dimension, distance from the screw hole to the hinge pin hole, doesn't care which way they go, but for best sliding over the pipes without hanging up, keeping the tall/large side towards the arms seems best.

I just would like to thank who ever recommended the Pro-Line Trifecta wing what an awesomely durable wing I have had this baby on for a while now, no signs of giving up. Now that I've really started to push this thing I have had a few violent crashes and thought ok that one killed the wing and or I've surely broken something on the car, nope. this buggy is amazingly fast, durable and freaking fun to drive.[IMG][/IMG][IMG][/IMG]

I tried some AE ones last night (Blue Front & White Rears) and I noticed that are a tad shorter then the HB springs. I had to adjust the collar ring since there was a little gap in there. The AE seem nice from practice but will see how I like after this race weekend.
