Luckly my chargers have power supplies built in so I currently don't have a need for DC power but if I ever do I'll be taking your approach.
Something like this:

http://www.monstermarketplace.com/tr...ch-slam-drawer

But I didn't spend that much. Search around. Basically, you drill a single hole in the drawer face and the button attaches from the back. When the drawer is latched, the button is almost flush to the face of the drawer. When you push it it pops out and becomes the handle to pull the drawer by. Push back in and it locks your drawer from sliding open while trailering. I liked it because a qukick glance tells you if all your drawers are latched and at the end of the day, it takes about ten seconds to secure all your drawers for the road and I have a lot of drawers on my trailer.

I did just see some on the UK ebay site for 4 pound 50. That's not much more than maybe 7 bucks which is around what I paid, so search a bit.

Okay, bungies, that sounds like a good idea.

In my trailer I thought about using pegboard, but since I don't have a millions tools to hang up and organize (like in the garage at home, for working on my 1:1 cars) what I did in my trailer was to get some rectangular plastic trays about 2 inches by 3 inches by 12-18 inches long (found at home depot) that I mounted on the tables against the walls (one tray per car, to keep some tools seperate). Just a thought....

I have a rack system from Home Depot that uses some hooks sorta like what you have and my trucks travel without falling off. The rack system is made by Husky and I used the large hooks. Works great.

yes those are the same type hooks I was looking at. I'm going to try this rack for a while and if it doesn't work like I think it will then I may go back to the track system like you have.

I debated over these Husky racks and the Rubbermaid Fastrack system. I like this system because its inexpensive and the hooks are a little more suited for my application.

I'm hoping to get a few more small things knocked out this week guys. It's been a while since I've had a chance to getr out to the trailer to do any thing other than work on cars. Just a few more small details and it will be all but done.

This makes me glad I only run a Tamiya Mini. With a trailer like that I'd have work space AND a place to cook/sleep.

Really cool stuff you're doing there!

Getting closer guys! I finished covering my last piece of wood with white board and got it mounted back up. It was the piece over the back doors. I took it down, cut a piece of white board to fit and remounted it with the nice PVC around the edge. Overall a pretty simple task with no surprises.

Next I needed to put my aluminum pieces back up on the back corners because its just ugly without them.

Since I added the white board to the roof and the hardwood on the floor, my covers had to be trimmed down about a half inch. A good set of tin snips comes in handy here but a dermel will work too.

Again another pretty simple task. I did use a few screws rather than the crappy staples that did hold it to the wood when it was new. Overall it cleans up the rear very nicely.

I still need to install my strip curtain mounting bracket and that will help hold up the rear roof panels that sag down some. Getting closer!!!!
