I've never had an issue on any if my cars with the way I told wildcat to do it. Done it that way since the 22 first came out. Just a personal building quirk I guess

yeah, I know. When I got the car I checked the manual and it showed like a 1/2mm gap. I am running a 3.75mm gap, so I assume my ends have been cut down. that is why I asked for the length. I would like to have more threads into plastic. I have some extra ends I can but down to the proper length.

Maybe I missed something, but I'm not sure how you're able to get your turnbuckle length the same that way.

Yeah it worked great. I think billy cut it down. My kid hits a lot of things, so I might just take some longer links and cut them down. I wanr to get a little more thread into the plastic. Also, chuck. That rear battery mount was destroyed lol. it practically fell out of the buggy. broke in 3 pieces. I put the new on in. you said 1/2 on the bottom and 1 turn on the 2 top tranny screws right? And I was thinking about the push I was getting Chuck, I think it was mostly left hand turns where I was not getting full lock. So i am kinda looking forward to running some laps at cv this weekend. Alexis was always making pretty big left hand turns also. So hoping the change will help her out also. Thanks for the help again at the track chuck. The car was great. The driver was not. Had a few issues with the jumps, but the buggy was on rails in the corners.I was able to turn under John in the corners, but lost time on the jumps. But i was running with a broken rear battery mount, lol. I had super flex.

yeah, I agree. like i said, just concerned about ripping the thread out. I will just cut some down until I get the same length but more thread into plastic.

My mistake, I thought you were asking me.
I'm still curious how chuck maintained the same turnbuckle lengths side to side.

wildcat I thought the exact same thing, I noticed the push when turning one way more than the other. But I have not ran my 22 in quite a few months. I have a 4.2 that I run sometimes but would rather run the 22 just because it looks nicer but want it to turn a little better

yeah, tony. There is a lot I like about the 22. Mostly the front arms, lol. I broke the arms on my b4 for the 3rd weekend in a row. I went 4 months without breaking one, but I guess I am making for for that now. The 22 is really well built. If I can get it to turn more consistently, I would probably run it more. Still the best kit for my 8 year old though. I have top love the "Tank 22" for its durability.

I have not been there but I heard they were on slicks up there. I would run a high bite setup.

I run on a very low bite track here in Australia. The car feels too rigid. I was wondering if anyone mods the chassis to get a little more flex. Iv seen that some people loosen some of the side pod screws to help the flex. But has any one milled out parts of the chassis to achieve more flex?

I am loosening the rear battery tray screws on the chassis 1/2 turn and the top 2 tranny screws 1 turn.
