Well i got most of it together, waiting on some parts. I need my wheels, bearings, body, pinions, and few odds and ends to come in. But im in no hurry i guess as im not sure where im going to run this thing yet lol. Though it did come with a Futaba S9650 digital servo which costs as much as i paid for the entire car!!

Found another weak point it rounded out the carbon fiber, no wonder they gave you 2 in a pack. Going to use the aluminum schelle locker and find another weak point. Then i will upgrade that as well.

Got my new hobbywing max10sct in today. Now waiting on my 5200kv motor and schelle spur gears. Also ordered some more polypro pinions.

New speed control, brushless motor, 2s battery. Just need to install the receiver, gyro, battery foam, and route the wires. Will be drifting soon lol

She is now ready to be masked and painted! 😀 Then i need to mount the rest of the electronics and im ready to stare it because i have no where to run it. 😂 No, im sure there is somewhere around St.Louis, i just have yet to find it lol

Polypro pinions and 3s dont mix to well :lol: It held up fine though with 2s. But to be fair i also have a Schelle slipper eliminator.

The difference between Nic cases and stock set up is that he flipped the servo, and moved the battery to the front. That keeps the weight distributed more evenly to keep the front end planted. Though im going to keep my front brace and just flip it because it curves anyways to clear the servo. And im putting my esc on the opposite side to even out the weight because he put his on the same side as his motor. Also noticed he used aluminum body posts in the front for more weight.

Took the diff out of my GT2. Its a Robin Racing hardened aluminum diff. The outdrives might be different but the diff gear is the same, minus a couple balls compared to the newer diffs.

I love my new street tread! 😍 And i threw my silver body on cuz i thought it looked better than the black. Or should i murder it out all black? Still need to paint my other two rear wings as well. Only thing i dont like about the slicks and front hoosiers is that it jacked my car back up and i need to lower it again. Also its going to mess with my gear ratio. Well time to glue tires, change gears, and bearings. Then i have to get to work on the wifes body.

Heres my 2 painted bodies. I might try something different with my other proline body. I was thinking Hunter Green with a fade to black. And im going to get some black wheels with fat slicks on the back.

Just ordered the Schelle B6 conversion so i can use the B6.1 casters and knuckles now on the B5M. I am so tired of having slop in the front end and it tearing up my front bearings! Now I dont have to worry about that and i just gained more adjustability for tuning. Man this B5M is modified like no other ive seen. I have almost everything on it.
