The difference between Nic cases and stock set up is that he flipped the servo, and moved the battery to the front. That keeps the weight distributed more evenly to keep the front end planted. Though im going to keep my front brace and just flip it because it curves anyways to clear the servo. And im putting my esc on the opposite side to even out the weight because he put his on the same side as his motor. Also noticed he used aluminum body posts in the front for more weight.
