i have amb mylaps rc4 transponders (3 wire) will they work with the timing system your using ?

Unfortunately they will not. We do have a few house transponders. Right now only 2 wire transponders work.

We have people who run both mid and rear motor and either can work pretty well. We are not a big enough size wise track to need to gear anything other than a 17.5 for kill. With everything besides 1/8 there is a 2s battery limit and if and when we run 1/8 it has a 3s limit that we can't get the insurance to budge on. We have plenty of pit space and usually have extra tables to use.

Who wants to do some free offroad racing? This Saturday Alpha Offroad will host a free race day. If you have ever thought about racing but wasn't sure if it was right for you this is the time to try it out. So bring em out and have a fun time.

What is feb an march looking like at Alpha? Is anybody racing 4wd? What are the prodiminent classes?

We will be having a carpet off-road race on the new and improved layout at Alpha RC Raceway this Saturday, December 10th! Doors open at 10am, racing starts at 2pm. We have plenty of pit space available, we have some extra tables and chairs but wouldn't be a bad idea to bring your own just in case. You will have to provide your own food and drinks. There are a good selection of places that will deliver food to the track also. We do have an onsite hobby shop for any parts, tires, etc. that you need. The hobby shop will open around 12pm. We are located at 500 N. Oakland in Carbondale, Illinois. Come on out and have some fun this weekend! Let's pack the house!
