Will the Reedy Stockstar be legal for the race?

I believe they will be.

It will be up for discussion this week, but i dont see why it wouldnt be.

The only reason why it is not allowed to be run at the carpet nats next week is cause reedy cannot supply the certain amount of motors to be available for anyone at the race. However the motor will be put on the approaved roar stock motor list after the event. This was just a measure taken to allow equality in the stock divisions at the roar carpet nats.

This motor should be out within the next few weeks available almost anywhere so if this is true then it will be allowed.

"SHOWTIME" Dave Arnold looks like he will be in the house for the trans am nationals, as he got himself a touring car and ran some very good laps today with it. He had a great time and there were a few others who also looked down upon trans am until the wheel was put in there hands in the second round of qualifying...... And the result was THEY THOUGHT IT WAS AWESOME .

Sounds like a religious experience!

Take me to the river

And wash me down

Won't you cleanse my soul

Put my feet on the ground

(you can work in something about 26mm front and 30mm rear tires in the next chorus)

First, every registered racer attending will receive a racer packet with a few cool bits included. One of these bonuses for the race is a custom number decal sheet for you with the USVTA logos, as well as 4 vintage-style "meatball" number panels with a specific number for this event. All cars must run the number you are assigned for this race only. Every driver will have a different number, and it will be part of your identification on race day. Specific number assignments will be first-come, first served at registration on race day.

After the Nationals have you thought about making the decals available for sale on the website. I would love to get 4-5 sets

Thanks Rodney

Yeah, it oughta be a good time. I'm dumb with touring cars, but I'll give it a shot. I hear the promoter of the race is a pretty cool guy.

Thumbs up

59 out of 60 spots already pre-registered for with many new entries coming from Wisconsin, Iowa and Nebraska!

Three spots still remain open for pre-registration... don't wait or you'll be left to watch from the bleachers.

Hopefully we can change body styles from what we preregistered with. I think I'm moving into the Camaro camp as soon as the destruction of the Mustang is completed (should be soon now that the front end is totaled).

Yeah, that's not a problem... just drop me a PM or an e-mail. I've already gone through two Cudas and on my third. I will probably have a Camaro for the Nats.
