C'mon Kenji...you should know me better. That type of humor is way to obvious :P

Note Kenji the Novak GTB ESCs that their brushless systems use can work with both Brushed and Brushless motors. When I last raced indoors I was running the Novak 4.5 system at Leisure then at the time there was no 13.5 stock equivalent so I used a regular stock motor w/ the GTB ESC and it worked fine.

So about the bodies people are running... I was going to run just some old body that I had but as I was thinking about it I think I am actually going to buy a new body just because I want to look nice going around the track and not just like a pile of crap.

I was going to run a Tamiya body since thats all I ever had but I got to looking at HPI 190mm bodies and they are pretty cool and less expensive. Since my favorite cars are Ford Mustang's I was planning on running the Saleen Mustang from HPI. I am still deciding on what color to paint it.

I've found that having R/C as a hobby is one big money pit!

Nah, I got into RC to SAVE $$ from 1:1 car racing. Stick with RC and you'll be thousands ahead .

I'm thinking Honda S2000. They don't make a camaro in 190mm, so I'll represent v-tec .

I wanted to race full size cars, but it seems waaayy out of my price range. Being able to race on a road course with r/c is good enough .

Aubs07 - If you look at the first entry on this thread there is a schedule posted. You can also pick one up at Hobbytown. The races are twice a month on Saturdays. Racing started at noon last year.

Well, I had nothing to do with any of this. I'm sorry this thread got the way it did. I posted early about how this thread was getting annoying.

The funny thing is I thought it was 1 of 3 people arguing "it's not me".
Then a curve-ball came in from left field being somebody else. I guess it could have been funny if we all knew each other from years of HTSC racing and weeks of hanging out, joking, ribbing, etc. . . So far that is not the case... yet...

The other thing, it is nice to see there are more clicks of Tamiya guys out there. There were already some at HTSC, glad to see more locals into it! I just wonder if we ever met?

As Wallstreet and I are now internet friends again I have placed him back in my top 8 on mySpace You thought is was me I thought it was you LOL

It was weird someone who we don't know was busting on us. For those who didn't know most of us...euge, kev, solara, wallstreet, gpd123. blah blah all know each other and bust on each other...mostly because they know I'm the super duper fastest

==

HTSC is gonna look slick with all the cool bodies being run!!

Tamiya clicks....at one point I owned www.tamiyaracer.com
