Hey guys, considering jumping back in and would really like to race 1/12th. Any thoughts on how dedicated the few guys racing it are, and if this class will continue to have 2-3 entries most weeks?

Thanks!

Thinking about picking up a newer car in the next couple days. Are you guys running spec tire, if not what are most guys using? Also,17.5 or 13.5? Hopefully I'll see you there soon!

I'll probably have to stick with the rental for a bit simply due to budget.

I've always liked CRC cars, but picked up an X12. Now I just need to make some time to get to Osh Kosh and race! Thanks for the offer, hopefully, I can find mine and won't need to take you up on that. It might be the only thing I have left that's useful other than my tools and power supply.

I guess I need to sell the 17.5 I just bought

The spec tires are the purple spec tires I'm seeing from CRC?

Any suggestions on a starting rollout?

Thanks for the help!

Is F1 a class that shows up on random Saturdays?
Is it proper 25.5 blinky or the weird Formula R/C whatever rules?
I assume VTA is just VTA and gets a decent turnout?

Oshkosh Hobbytown runs the same F1 rules as Windy City. The Formula RC race rules are based on 3 10 minute mains with a pit stop.A 5 minute qualifier race determines the main seeding.

I am sure with a little effort on your part, you can enjoy the Formula RC special races.
Weekly F1 races are the same format you are accustomed to at WC.
