I enjoyed the Speed Passion LM-1 when it was popular a couple years back and it was fun watching the boys run their 25.5 locked timing class on Saturday. So, I'm working on getting a car together that fits the wheel base. Might be one of the LM-1s collecting dust. Maybe the SpeedMerchant WGT4-LM if I can get it narrow enough. I have the Hobbywing 25.5 locked timing spec motor and the JConcepts Layla body on order and have the XR10 Justock I had for another F1 project. I have a couple different bumpers that will work on any F1 car.

I have the Xray X1 front bumper.

I have the Blade F103 GT front bumper.

John, next time you come up and race you are more than welcome to throw my WRC LM around for a heat if you want.

I might have to take you up on that if I can't get something finished in time. Read that as being lazy.

Evo2, Layla, Justock, Hobbywing 25.5...
And some spare parts. Sadly, no Volante tires to test. They were out of stock.

There seemed to be no competitive edge between the setups based on last week's race. We had 3 lemans based cars with the 25.5 setup and 2 wgtr based cars running 17.5 1s running together and lap times were identical. Obviously we encourage the rules based setup of the wrc chassis etc.....but this class is designed to be an equalizer and keep the cars as close as possible and it's working so far. I am running the rules based chassised car with the exception of crc premounts and a jconcepts body, 3 others are as well. One person has a converted xray x1 and associated f6 with a tamiya nissan nismo lm body but still running the hobbywing 25.5 and wrc p-one kit premount tires.
Our fast lap times between the 5 of us that ran were 10.1 to 10.6 so a half a second difference amongst 5 racers makes for some great racing

Hey guys. I've been out a couple times to watch, and I'm looking to get my first on road setup. One of the main questions I have is, does the track have house transponders?
