Yo biggus71

35x65x12" deep is 85 cubicyards x $32 a cubic yard of screened topsoil = $2720. Dont know the delivery charge but can call for ya. Hes in bergan county.

If you do a 6" base that should leave enought for the layout????

That may work. I think from the guys posting that we should go with topsoil. I'm drawing up a scale layout to optimize the space there. I think you might like some of the ideas.

Here is a little info I found online, This could be large enough for off road . onroad, oval and to fly heli's /small planes inside to open it up to more potential income. I have been looking at this place to open this type of facility but I don't have the funds to back it.
i know this place, it would be AWESOME, but yeah that lease would be rough. also, its a half mile from my house

Take your arm out.

I'm trying to make the track area as big as possible with the space we have. I'm just making a rough drawing to see what people think.
