New Indoor Track In North Jersey, Need Feedback

ok ill play along.
what if there was a gold club membership limited to say 20 people, who would have to submit an application to be approved by the club. You would receive unlimited access to the track 24-7. Obviously there would be no store access if your there after hours. you would be aloud 1 quest to help or spectate.
chosen club members policing fellow selected members.
For this gold membership cost is $100 per month.
normal fee would be $10 per day during normal store hour, what ever they turn out to be.
so if your a dedicated rc'er that membership really is GOLD
these members would also have say in track layout. maybe you'll be able to pick out a special pit spot all your own for race day.
just a couple of thoughts to throw out there

We are open to all ideas. Why build a track and not give the people coming what they want? It's a recipe for disaster. If we put a group of race minded people together that will bring ideas to the table it will be a win/win for everyone. With it being basically the only track in the area why not make it the best?
god know's you guys have enough money for a nice track.

For 24/7 access to work, there would have to be some sort of keyed entry. Otherwise anyone could just walk up. Just something to think about.
I also second the Saturday race day idea.

Exactly. It would end up paying for itself pretty quickly for some of us. I work overnight shift, so my schedule is always opposite of the rest of the world

Be sure you know
Just like anything guys look before you leap! Bullshit walks $ talks. Keep it very low budget and slowly build things nicer if $ allows.
I've got a million guys who come out to race very in frequently. 1/8th scalers don't race enough by us, they just talk about it alot. Just be sure your clear where the $ will come from.

Build it they will come, don't be stupid. Understand your demographic they are not high rollers so their incomes are very sporadic. $400 on equipment is nothing, but race fees are gone for the month so you'll not see that racer for a month.
