Talked to the Sea Bees today, going to have a survey at the track hopefully in the next two weeks and get some equipment and more dirt on the track.

Going to get a hold of the Boy Scouts on Courtney to see if they can paint the stand.

Tracks are already dry and dusty, but more rain on the way this weekend...

there is a large box located near the outhouse, we can put stuff in it

I will be meeting with the Sea Bee's some time next week at the track to get a good survey of what the can do for us.

Hansen is having a fest, will be contacting the appropriate personnel for a demo during this---anyone interested in promoting?

Anybody know of any other fests coming up?

Rainy season should be ending sometime next week...so we can get some track work done and drive, drive, drive!

Well, that's good news...I'm tired of lookign at my off-road R/Cs on the shelf...

On another positive note, I finally received my replacement LiPo from Hobby King...only took 9 months, but still...

looks like it'll be a great day for the track, but I think we're going to Henza for dragon boat racing.

the Hansen fest is the 17-18, I'll see if we can just get a time and place for a demo...

I should be at the track at somepoint this week...

Hit up the track today. Looked like a river was flowing right threw the middle of the 1/8th track. Raked out as many rocks as i could. Once I had a few tanks in, the tack sorta grooved up a bit and I was flying around nicely. It's starting to get overgrown with weeds. Can we use weed killer?

Jon, whenever we get some new dirt up there, we should try and come up with a way where we can sift most of the big rocks out. It may take a while to get the new dirt on the track, but hopefully we can keep the big rocks to a minimum.

Yeah we have pretty good drainage in that one spot, so hopefully that'll be the spot we leave and not lose so much top soil.

I have some weed killer I'll spray this week, but feel free to pick some up, but don't leave it at the track.

We did get most of the big rocks out when we did the original, but as 80% of the dirt is now washed away all that's left IS the rocks.

I need to put in an hobbyking order, anyone else need anything?

The Sea Bee's will be at The Hill this afternoon around 2:30-3 for a survey of the area.

I will be at The Hill early Sunday AM, but plan to leave around 1 to go see TS3. I know Kenji and Nik wanted to drive...
