If your new to RC on road racing, or just thinking about getting into it, we will have some special things just for you. Check here soon, or come to San Marcos Hobbytown Race Track on 10/11/09 for more info!
It seems as though nothing stays the same for long these days. We are looking forward to trying some new ideas that we are sure you will enjoy. Also, if you have some ideas that you think would make our track more enjoyable, let us know. If enough racers like your ideas, we may just try them out!
We know that many racers just like to race, period. No special events, no this, that, or another thing. While we respect your feelings we need to keep in mind that everyone is paying to race, and if it is not what they want they will not show up. So, we ask you hard core racers to cut us some slack and let us try some new things that the group as a whole may want to do.
Check here for more info. soon!

Bob and Tex, Glad to hear this, I heard Michael stopped because he joined the military. I remember Michael was holding a race once a month. How often will you be having races? and what classes will u be running?

I will be there. Thanks for setting this back up. It will be nice to only drive 10 minutes to get to the track rather than 45 or so. More time for me to sleep in on a Sunday morning. Keep us posted of times, classes, costs, etc. I would also recommend posting on www.Socal-rc.com to reach more of the local audience. Thanks again...

Great.
We will try to post them here before 10/11. We are currently trying to work out a few technical problems we have run into.

Our first day at the track will be sunday, 10/11/09, We will be starting at 10:00am.
Since it is our first day we need to familiarize ourselves with the equipment, etc., and make sure we are ready to offer you a first class day of racing.
As a result we will not be running any real races on the first day. Depending on how many racers show up and what kind of vehicles they have we will run fun races for whatever classes make sense. So, were looking forward to getting comfortable with the equipment, meeting all of you, and having a lot of fun in the process. The entry fee will be $5.00 per racer for our first day.
We will be publishing an annual schedule ASAP. See you on sunday, 10/11/09.

ATTENTION "AJ",
I unintentionally deleted a message from a racer named AJ who offered his help with the Hobbytown Track. I'm sorry, and thank you for your offer!
