so if i show up tomorrow with my 17.5 sct truck i am gonna have to race in 4x4 slash or mod truck?
i am not sure i wanna waste my time and everyone in that classes time. Nothing like sticking a truck in a class where it cant possibly compete.
I could see if i was running an illegal brushless system like a castle, however i built my truck to be legal in ROAR SCT classes which i thought would be the standard rules system. I dont expect to be able to race in spec as my truck is not a spec truck. However sticking it in an anything goes run what you brung mod class is really unfair to me and everyone in that class who has to deal with a truck that cant possibly run the same lines at the same speed.

I think it is more a problem with the tires than the 17.5
If no one is using the slash rentals you can use those tires.
I might know someone who has an extra set too.

i had a great time today...i feel as if everytime i go out with the mod buggy i get faster with it.im going to stop running the bk2.and try the bk1..see which one i like more.
raydens first time at bumps and he had a blast.well excpet for that kid who told him to move.and when asked to move he said i didnt have to.had my little guy in tears...so i threw him up on my shoulders so he could see.
i look forward to making the trip there again.

no dan i believe after racing sunday we are done til the following sunday after motorama/freeze.
glad i wont be there b/c sunday will prolly be 8-scale nation with every nitro clown (and now E-Nuts) coming in to 'tune their mod motors'
