I drove well this week. That is not alwasy the normal for me but yes this weekend the stars and the moon lined up and I had some good heat races and the main. Some days are like that and others you can't buy a decent run. Next week we do it all over again.

Surprised we didn't have more SCT guys post about the new rules. I think today I will work on my mod Slash some. I might have it ready for the weekend minus a few hopups I'm looking to get for it down the road. Should have it all built and my brushless system setup in it. Need to dye the new rims and get the chassis all done.

What is there too say Chris made the rules (i do like them) but it's his crib and if we want to race there then we must play by those rules if not look somewhere else

All is true. Look forward to seeing everyone on Sunday. First points race of the year and a new layout for all. Should be a fun day.

Will Bumps and Jumps be stocking parts for the Losi Strike?

We have very few things in stock but we do have the Slider idler gears. If you need something for it just let me know and I will have Chris order it for you.

We don't have anyone running one except for the very first weekend we opened. Since then just the demo one I borrowed. Everyone else sold the ones they have til Losi gets them all fixed up.

I liked messing around with the one I have to test with. If Losi got all the bugs fixed I think the truck is pretty decent. It does make you drive it and setup seems to be a little different than I normally run on my other Spec trucks but last night had a good time running it.

The plastic idler at least so far is working excellent. The original aluminum one looked pretty bad. The gears where very sharp and worn in a short amount of running.

Just need to figure that shock thing out and if I can get it figured out that will be great. Truck is pretty close so I will run it in a heat race and see what kind of laptimes I can turn with it.

The rules look great. I hope there will be plenty of Open guys this season. I won't be racing Open this Sunday as I already have 2 classes to run. Thanks for getting everything straight Brian & Chris!!

If anyone is interested, I'll be bringing by Losi XXX4 Graphite+ with me this Sunday and it will be for sale. Asking $150, cash!! Roller, no electrics, maybe has 7-8 runs on the car. Excellent shape.
