I just checked their website and it appears like their advertising shows they are. Maybe John was wrong or looking at another tekin.

I asked on the forum and they said it was as well. That's why I was torn on motor size. If I could adjust timing and have a smaller motor for longer run times. But Ill have to experiment and find out. I know other guys who are running monster esc with tekin motors for scale. I would think they would rip in those 4x4's and wouldn't work the system to much. If any of you guys have a novak hv motor bring it along so I can compare the size to my buggy setup.

But yes... It's still very easy to tame the system down.

Jason from what this gentleman says this is what is adjustable.

To all you 1/10 scale guys out there, we are aware that you guys have different needs than 1/8 scale buggy/truggy and we are going to do what we can to make the track is smooth and fun for ALL! We are going to focus on making sections of the track that each class will enjoy, we are 1/8 scale minded but we do understand that 1/10 scale has some different needs. We will be posting pics as soon as we have something for you to look at. If it works out in the dirt like it looks in my head everyone will be pleased.

Thanks for you patience,

Kevin

Racing alive and well this year. 190 entries at hobby hut 2 weeks ago and family hobbies had 167 last Saturday. The biggest surprise was watching the losi 10T racing. Boy do they run well. Hopefully they will catch on locally. They are right at home on an 8th scale track.

Sorry for the delay on the 2010 season, I am also ready for some track time. I'm working on the track several days over the next week. I don't know for sure if the track will be ready for driving by next tuesday but I'm trying my best. Give me two more weeks and I'll have it ready for the trial run. I have a lot of good ideas for new obstacles for the new track layout and I can't waite to see them in the dirt. You guys are welcome to come out this Saturday and see what is going on with the track. We will be working all day on the new layout. Check out these pics from the work I started today.

You can see by the pics that we have removed all of the old pipe and have over another 1500 ft of new pipe ready to go. We have more equipment coming this weekend and plan to have most of the major dirt work done by the beginning of next week. Please stay tunned for updates after the weekend.

Thanks

Kevin

Default Night Races coming

I forgot to mention that the light poles are on order and going in the ground in the next 15 days. There will be night racing at LCRC in 2010.
