you guys rock. that track/facility was top notch. probably one of the best on the east coast. you should consider some type of shorter layout on the track and host a 1/10th race during the summer months. Besides, eastern states at family hobbies had 13 heats of 1/10th racers on saturday.

I had a great time last weekend.

Have a Double Queen - Non Smoking room reserved at Econolodge (closest hotel to track) for Friday 10/26 arrival and Sunday 10/28 check out. I will be cancelling this reservation as we decided to bring camper and stay onsite.

If anyone would like this reservation, send me an email to rc-driver AT comcast DOT net. Otherwise I will be cancelling within a few days of the race. The last I checked most hotels nearby were sold out...the weekend of the race is PSU whiteout home game vs. Ohio State.

Elec Buggy/Truggy
2wd/4wd Mod SCT

3 rounds 6 min heats
20 min Nitro A's, 15 min B's
10 min Elec A's, 8 min B's

Track opens for practice at 7am for elec and 7:30am for nitro.
Track closes at 10am, driver's meeting at 10:15, racing at 10:30am.

$20 first class, $15 second class.

Thanks to all of the LCRC regulars that went to Trains with us yesterday to show our support! It was a great event and I hope we can all do it again soon! Special thanks to Cowboy for lending me his pit dad for the day, CR for co-pilot on ride home, Mrs Miller for feeding us and Billy for all the help that I don't usually give him credit for.

Track is in super nice shape, no more rain today, should make for a nice night on the track. We will be open from noon till 10pm tonight. Come on out and get some last minute practice before this weekend's club race. It's also only 3 weeks till the season ending 4th Annual Halloween Race.

Weather is a bit cool today but tomorrow is looking like a great day, high's in the 60's and sunny. Tomorrow will be the last regular club race of the 2012 season, the only race remaining after tomorrow will be the 4th annual Halloween Race on Oct 27.
