The one race i actually finished was a blast, lmao. Could not get a handle on the lighting tonight. Zero depth perception. It's been a while since i raced so any track time was enjoyed. Even with the OS 25. See you guys sat.

I just wanted to thank you Hambone for helping with my os xz-b, the engine never really came around. Not sure what is wrong with it. I hurt my foot/ankle pretty bad during the first heat so it was a long night. Just got back from the hospital, broken foot and ankle. Had fun anyway, should be healed up for the Halloween race.

Had a blast my first time out at LCRC! I had a pretty good battle going with Cowboy in SCT, but he was able to pull out some tighter laps than I could. But hey, I think I did pretty well considering I was running a box stock rtr losi with the exception of my tekin r1.

Kevin, you've got a very nice facility (I really appreciated the hand sanitizer in the porta potty) and I look forward to coming back in the future! I hope you do some more night races.

Sorry to hear about your foot/ankle, I hope you get well soon. I'll be sure to get the holes filled in out there.

Kevin.

Holy crap! You broke it. Sorry to hear that. It's tough tuning an engine on the box and i never did get to hear it on the track. Be glad to help you next time we're at the track together. That was the 1st short needle OS i fooled with. I'm heading back to running OS engines myself.

Had a good time yesterday. I think you need to do more NIGHT racing. Everything needed is already there.Even if we as racers had to pitch a couple extra dollars to cover the power bill for the lights,to me its well worth it. Night racing at LCRC just raises the bar even higher!!!

Thumbs way up on night racing. By 7 pm the track was dialed. I'm looking forward to the ROAR race already.

I liked the night racing also, first time in 2 years I got to race all the rounds and the my 2 mains. Had a blast. I couldn't do it without the help of some very special people, Christa, Jason, Cody, Bill and Bill. The next club race, which is Aug 27 will be the next night race.

Sorry about the big computer crash, I hope that was the first and the last time all wrapped in one.

See you this Saturday for our ROAR Region 2 series race. We will also be hosting the 1/8 ROAR Regional here Oct 1st.

Was a great night. Seemed there was a good many of us rookies out there too. Gave us some much needed experience and the veteran guys at LCRC are really pretty tolerant of us new guys at a club race. Thanks guys....

And I just watched this link on a dirtoval forum I'm on. I thought the LCRC crowd would like it. And it holds true for more of us than would admit it,lol...check it out!
