teeforb...thanks for information and the conversation...can you bring the radio plate to ARC this weekend? (will not be racing) I am going to start gathering the electric components but run nitro for awhile. Any chance of a few laps with your MBX6 E?

Tech5 thanks for your build offer. I ordered another MBX6 via live search...$375.00 no shipping arrival dec.4th! Live search is an amazing situation...instant rebate into paypal on this buy...usually 60 days, don't know why the instant!

Thanks for all the support from everyone regarding the theft.

I am going to race under thopper from now on...better name then some other ones people have called me over the years.

TECH5....how is Bob getting along.

Hey Thopper,

Sure, i'll bring the plates this weekend. and sure, you can take my embx6 for a spin. As I am typing this, I am working on my EMBX5T. I should have the EMBX5T by this weekend. I am almost finished. Only issue, i don't have a lipo for a 15 min main. that's if i make it to "A" main of course!!!

Hey teeforb,

How do you like that setup without the clutch? Seems most of the techno guys run with the clutch.
Just noticed no brake servo either. I'll have to watch your truck this weekend at ARC, I've been wondering if the clutch
and braking servo are really necessary.

I ran my 6 last week with electric brake. its a different feel, but not bad. i was able to do what i needed to do with the electric brake. since my 6 is electric brake, i decided to go electric brake for the 5T to have the same feel. with electric brake, the faster your car is moving, the more break you will have. the less speed you have, the less brake you have. break is proportional to the momentum of your car... with the teknorc conversion + teknorc pinion, you can easily remove the manual brake option and go with the electric brake option.

It's good that teknoRC supports both options.
