Took the 5 south home off of the 405, and there really isn't much difference in time, and if I were one to pay the toll, it would have saved me $3

I saw you pass me at about 100. I was going to race you but I changed my mind I didn't feel like eating another S2000 and I was tired too.

I only hit 100+ around camp pendleton, and that was only on 1 spirt where there was nobody around, and I didn't want to waste that rare occasion. It's hard to eat up this S2k, because I dont street race.

We weren't on the street

We were near Escondido when you passed me. Actually we were a bit north of there.

Not really a big deal or anything though.

Alright, maybe I was doing about 95-99 when I wasn't near Pendleton, but NOT 100

What part of SD do you live in?

Baltimore

You are not far from here at all.

Once that freeway is done it will be really quick.

If it is onroad then yes. Haven't heard a lot about it though.

Will you be at Hobby Central this Sunday?

It is going to be offroad, I'm still gonna pick up a car to run there, Friday night racing rocked.

I'm sure I can get off work Sunday, but I have no power hookup...

Offroad only eh? I am not into off road at all so I won't be there racing.

As far as Sunday is concerned just use your car battery.

Man, a S2000 battery is tiny, I dont think it would last that long. Plus I sold my EZ up, and I'm not planning on sitting in the sun all day.. I could propably do it if I didn't hard wire my packs, just charge them tonight. I'm still gonna try and make it up there and watch some of the racing and hang out with old friends.

I have a tent.

I have a small battery myself. Just start your car up every once in a while and let the battery charge for a bit. This is what most people do. Or if you have a super long extension cord I am sure that you can find some AC power somewhere.

I think there is an AC power source there.

I will try to get there early and take it. Let me know if you will go and race out there.

Thanks
