PUMPED for the 4wd race!!!!!!
Does anyone have an extra brushless motor & speeder I could use? I could run my Tamiya Rising Storm in 4wd. It's not going to handle as well as the high end cars but it's all i've got. I do have a full set of m3 Hole-shots for it but they will be shot after a day using a brushless.

Sam, Start cycling your batteries!

You can borrow my GTB / 13.5 if you want to.

It was thermaling after 5 minutes in my BJ4 with a 6.5 motor but I think it would be fine with a 13.5. Thats the main reason I ended up getting the Sidewinder system.

All I ask is that you beat Gixxer with that Tamiya buggy!

Hey guys I doubt I or any of the other TBRC guys can make the meeting. However I feel I can say that for me fridays are cool, but saturdays would work ALOT better for the opther 3 guys and a few of our friends. I'm looking forward racing there again in either 13.5 4 cell (plus 2 others) or 17.5 4 cell. Unless I'm lipo by then for either motor setup. Will we be using the porta panels for electricity that were used the last time I was there?? They made things soooooooooooooooooooooo easy for plugging in.

Default Racing

Good day of dirt racing today....Thanks for Coming Out Everyone, and Thank You for all your help!

The site is updated...
http://www.altoonaraceway.com/TRACK.html

I'm thrilled we have 2nd electric class rolling - there's racers out there who fit great into this class, we just need everyone to come out and race!

We're setting up for a good late summer / fall racing season. Hopefully we can get some track work and a new layout in soon.

Regarding the winter meeting... we appreciate everyone's input. If you can't make the race / meeting, please email us directly:
[email protected]

Please feel free to post on here, but we will definatley get your information if you email.

Thanks!

Default Race Time

For anyone who hasn't been to a race recently...

We are starting around 12:00 / 12:30 and moving very nicely through the race program. We are wrapping up around 4:00. Hopefully this shortened program will be less intrusive into everyone's busy lives. Please try and make it out to a race. We have a really great group of guys who are keeping racing in Altoona alive.

Thanks for racing everyone!

Chuck - Congrads on taking the B44 to 1st in Mod 4wd. I really like the new up-tempo 'get'er done' race day.

I also want to commend two of the youngest entries, Shane and Josh, on running really well in the 2wd main. I think they have some talent and I hope they stick with it.
