Whats up guys, couldn't make it, had to take the old lady to the hospital so that killed Sunday for me and mike had car problems, so i went to the main street of our town here and picked up a real nice mexican (which was for hire) if anything happens this coming sunday, He can take care of it, i'm going racing.lol Hey Mario, What was sammy away because of work? and why weren't you there? and last but not least how do you like the new car? I was there... Had a bad 1st qual, really good 2nd qual and then an absolutely terrible main with multiple crashes/flips. I didn't do enough warm uplaps to scrub/heat up my tires and crashed on the first lap. Then, after a few more bad crashes, I finished a little over a lap down to Jeff.

Yeah.. It was real bad. So bad infact that I even crashed AFTER the race was over. lol I was stepping down off the driver's stand and missed the step and inadvertantly pulled the trigger and slammed my car into the boards by the driver's stand. Luckily there was no damage to my car or anyones' ankles.

We didn't get done racing the night before at Dirt Runners til 12:30, I got home at 1am, watched the videos from the races til about 3:30 and then got a nice 2:30 of sleep before getting up and heading up to Marshall's. So that's my excuse and I'm stickin' to it! lol I'll be fresh for this Sunday though.

Now that I know that you had Mexican food and alcohol the night before, I'm glad you didn't show up on Sunday. I would have had to go back to my original pit area on the other side of the track to avoid the gas attack that you'd be putting out.

So how are we looking for Sunday? 1/12 looks good with a few of my Dirt Runners guys coming (the father and son team who came to Marshall's and raced 1/12 last time have new cars now, so they should be a LOT better this time) I'll be up on Saturday, too, for the benefit race. I don't have an oval car, but I'm hopeful that someone might have an extra that I can wheel.
