Thumbs up

Dang! I'll be in Calif. racing the GLARCRC race that weekend. Should be a great place for me to start playing with those dirt cars.

Hmmmm... I'll just run 17.5 blinky 2wd 1/10 bug and mod ST. I do have clay tires for the ebug, but they're not mounted. Practice date is the 31st!

LOL... Nossir, I'm only using that heavy thang for the big tracks. I don't like pitting more than two cars on race day anyway. Well, three. Lucas will be running in the Novice class (he'll run either a 1/10 17.5 buggy or 4wd SC depending on who shows up).

Get signed up for the first race on the covered 1/10 track this weekend!

Doesn't look like my Slash will be here in time to run Spec Slash with y'all, but I'm in for 17.5 2wd buggy and Mod Stadium Truck.

This looks like a pretty lo traffic thread. Is there somewhere else racers from Thornhill chat?

Im moving to the RoundRock area and wanted to know if there was an actual hobby shop at the track, and what is the predominant brand (and stocked parts) are. Thanks!!

Go to RCFiles.com. More specifically, here's the Thornhill thread:

If you're talking about the opener of the Jr. Track, you're a year late. That was February of 2015 and we've been racing on the Jr. track every other weekend since then.

If you're talking about the big track, the Grand Re-Opening will be March 11-13. In December the big track was torn down to make way for the equipment needed to put up the roof. Here's the race flyer:

I am so impressed with this track. I've been meaning to drive down and have a look for a while now.
