Hi there guys , quick question for anyone who can answer . Did R1 discontinue the 1700+ rotor ? And why ? Personally I loved that rotor , but seeing if R1 did do that I guess I'll be looking for a different mill to run . Thanks guys

Based of R1wurks testing the new Torque Tuned rotor strength( more rpm and little less torque) is more optimal than the super high torque rotors in their motors.

Default Digital 2 esc

recently purchased the new esc. Never had an esc with all these tuning functions. Does anyone have a rough break down of what everything does? I know drive frequency->lower is usually more punch but, what about break frequency? Initial brake?? Sooo many questions. HahHhah. Thanks in advance

Hi Anthony, try here, it will give you a pretty good idea of what the speed control can do.

Well....add me the list of people with a sensor board failure. Put in a new 25.5 into my f1. On my second day of practice motor started to feel like cogging. I put another motor in and it was fine so I knew it wasn't the sensor wire or esc. I then put the motor on my motor analyzer and it wouldn't spin. Put another motor on the analyzer just to check and that motor spun fine. I then took the motor apart to see if there was any rubbing on the sensors and there doesn't appear to be any. Sigh.

Follow the link and fill out the info, they are pretty good in taking care of these issues.

I jusy experienced a bad sensor board after disasembling motor and putting it back togetther in my R1 V16 25.5, disasembled motor again and noticed 3 solder joints were cold soldered on the little round sensor board, resoldered and worked perfect
