Got a few F brushes coming and would like to know how many runs can you get out of them using a monster based motor. Do I need to cut the comm after 2-3 runs? What brush springs are recommended?

I have a good 7 or 8 runs on my f brushes and the serrations are still there (in a stock motor). I would cut every 2-3 runs though, and just clean the brushes and reseat them. Try purple on the positive, and red on the negative to start.

Default Update

Hey guys,

The New IB3600's and IB3800's will be here Tuesday. So I will have some stuff ready to sell in a few weeks. These cells are awsome in testing!!

Also my website has been updated and is completely SECURE now. And I can take Visa and Mastercard without using Paypal. All on a secure server.

Thanks and have a great 4th of July!!!

Are the new batch of F brushes alot better than the old ones? Reason i ask is with the old ones I'd get about 1-2 runs before the serrations were gone, the motor still ran strong after that but i thought that was weird?

Yes, the newest batch is ALOT like the second generation of the F brush. Good power with great wear properties.

Paypal is fine as long as you dont use a credit card there. My site is secure now and I have everything neccessary to process credit cards here at my shop.

I prefer Credit card...Its cheaper for me than paypal!! LOL Every little bit helps.

Will you be carrying EPIC ROAR LEGAL stock motors ? Reason I ask, you don't have them in your website. If you do, will they be price the same as Monster based stock motors with XXX-Lemans brushes? I do hope you carry them motors. Please keep us posted whenever you decide to have them. Thanx

Henry--Eric usually has the ROAR based stocks on the website. I have been running them for a year now. I'll bet he is only out of stock at the moment and will have some shortly. The last 3 I bought only a few weeks ago have the F brush and are fantastic.
