Jon are they doing a spec ruber tire for this race or is just bring your own? If so I'm going to start buying some stuff now and start trying them out when the new asphalt Hobbytown opens in a few more weeks. I did want to run some rubber tires this year anyways.

We're in talks with Schumacher now (they distribute TakeOff in the US). Most likely you can run any rubber tire, but we'll have an ample supply at the track as well.

Ok cool. It will be fun to run rubber tires and not have to change ride height and gearing ever run!!!!!!! It will be cool.

Have you considered the new RP tires. I've heard some pretty promissing things about this new tire.

(psst...RP is the new Take Off tire)

I'm going to try to make the race. I was very impressed with the Jackson track when I was there for the offroad Regionals. Can't wait to race on it. Going to try to bring a few Pittsburghers with me too.
