motors look sweet. I'll talk to you about those too.
Just a club race on Saturday..........Jason was almost two laps+ on 2nd and 3+ laps the rest of the racers. Killer packs, killer tuned stockers from Dan Hartman. turned laps as fast as the TQ for mod and went 1 lap faster than mod.

anyway the more you drive the Xray the better it gets. my son won't race anything else after wheeling his Xray in stock, 19t and mod on Saturday. the faster you drive it the better it gets. my son was running .03 to .05 ths faster than the mod guys (7 & 8 turns) while he was running a 10x2 V2. and the Xray was even better on the track than it was in stock. (while running a stock profile on the speedo).......and don't get mad........ the next page is coming soon

hey guys,
just want to give props to surge. I borrowed a set of surge 4 cells from a team drive and tq stock 12th. This was only my second race with a stock 12l4 but the packs were amazing. I ran a pack in the main, but ended up in second. Mostly driver error. The pack had plenty of punch. I made several errors and teh first place guys made only one. But I was on this butt all the way. ended up lossing to him by 4 seconds. I will get him next week. But the packs were amazing. Sorry there is not another win for surge. But at least you can chalk another tq up there for 12th stock.

Results for Potbelly's Indoor Off road.
Fred Perkins Qualified 3rd Finished 3rd (fastest lap of the day!! Was on a TQ in the Third when Back Markers got in the way, Was winning the A when back markers got in the way! Dammm guess I need to learn how to drive!! LOL)
Mike Muhlrin Qualified 6th Finished 8th (Was very fast but couldn't get a clean run, broke in the A)

I'm getting alot of questions about the Surge motors. after Saturday everyone at our club was asking about Jason's motors. even the stadium guys who run brushless.
as for school..........I can't remember back that far only that the HEMI ruled everything..........and Jason calls me the fossil.

Hutchinson Fall Classic - TK's Results
Well...had a great weekend...Lots of competition always at this track...If you make the A in any class...your flying.
Stock Truck - 1st Place A-Main
Stock Buggy - 9th Place A-Main
Modified Truck - 1st Place B-Main
Stock Truck - Truck was hella fast and piloted it to the overall win.
Stock Buggy - Q'd 10th...Insane times 1-13 was separated by 10 sec. Ran consistent and pulled out a 9th..Super fast main, 1 mistake and your in the back of the pack.
Mod Truck - Got bumped outa the A-Main in the last round and BQ'D! Sux having factory guys behind you that step it up in the last rounds... I had a fast last round just they were that much faster to bump me...but I got the solid win in the B.
Great weekend for Surge...Talked to the track owner and he is interested in carrying our stuff. I'll keep you posted on that Jon.
