**Make sure you format the microSD card in FAT32, then create file folder on that microSD card called 'FIRMWARE'. Then copy/move the firmware 'BIN' file into that folder. Then plug into your Program Card.

Were the bin files in a file folder called 'FIRMWARE'? I couldnt tell.

The microSD Card can have any name.

Create a file folder on that microSD called 'Firmware'



Then place the orca files into that folder



Your program card will look for those files in that FIRMWARE folder.

Nope I did everything step per step in the Youtube vid, I done with it moving on.

I emailed Orca and Facebook Messaged Orca America and Orca D, A, CH on what causes the “File not Exist” error message on the R32 programmer…..crickets. I’ve already purchased 2 SD cards 8G/32G, Formatted using FAT32 on both iMac and Windows and I still receive the same error message. Out of all the RC purchases I made in my life this one stinks the most. $210 ESC $40 programmer and $30 worth of SDcards

How do you calibrate a orca r32 speedcontrol?? Doesn't mention it in the manual..

Set all endpoints to 100%. Turn on holding full break... beep.... full throttle... beep... neutral... beep beep. Turn off. You are done.
