Ouch, I got a $127 or something stupid like that from the Evansville, Wi PD on the way home from the MARCCA Carpet Challenge two years ago. Luckily for me, my car is registered & insured in Wi, so I don't have to worry about that "pay on the spot" b.s. The only problem that creates, is the officer thought it was stolen when he pulled over an IL resident driving a Wi registered car.
