Greg,

I fabricated it from an old beatup FK 2.5mm chassis. Sometimes I buy and sometimes I build because of the engineer within me. Unfortunately I don't have the time to build this type of stuff and sell it like Jason but I'm sure his will work great to.

hey guys,
i have had a few guys asking me to make metric knurled studs for the set up stations for the xray.this will do away with having to use the wheel screws when using the set up station.they would be made of aluminum and i can either make them one piece or make them 2 pc. with a set screw for the stud inside the knob.let me know what you think.

From a machining standpoint I would defiantly just go with the setscrew. And it would bring our cost down to. Just don't forget about the fan mounts for Xray05.

Are you guys going to be selling the Xray 05 battery strap seperatley and if so whats the price?

I have already smashed the Xray one due to someone shunting me into a wall at full noise and it seems your strap seems a bit stronger and less likely to flex and snap..
