So what your saying is I have to find that right setup in order to achieve better corner speed than a thinner more flexible chassis?

I'm saying that a thinner chassis has lower limits as to how much corner speed it can carry, whether it be asphalt or carpet. A thicker chassis will put more emphasis on setup for achieving the right balance of grip.

Brian is right on the thicker chassis. Rigid chassis seem to have more potential to be fast. Alot of times they are a touch less forgiving, but you just have to work with that through setup. The flexible chassis will give the car more grip overall, but in my opinion it would be somewhat inconsistant.

Well.....I had the fun you speak of but not the results I wanted. The MI2 shock towers are great. The BMI chassis and top deck are next on my list. Your quality is excellent. Too late to continue typing so that's all for now.

what do you mean by slotted? The towers that I was sent have the stock camber locations but you can slide them up and down and the upper shock locations also slide back a forth. The best thing I like is the rear body mount holes on the tower. There are some bodies that can't be mounted using the stock Schuie rear bumper.

That is what I was talking about. Did you get the Tamiya shock mounts for the tower?

i just got a FT TC3 and was wondering if anyone could post or E-mail me pics of their BMI TC3, i would like to see what the chassis looks like on an assembled car, i like the way the TC4 chassis looks with BMI RACING and TC4 milled into the carbon, but i have a TC3 and was wondering what it looks like assembled

thanks

yes...I did get the mounts as well. Sorry that I forgot to mention that. Next up for me is the new chassis that has the battery slots for 3700's.
