the diffrence is a correct ackerman setting for the nitro rack when installed... use the holes near the batteries .. some modif will be needed .. or if you dont feel this is to your benifit then the stock rack is very smooth i dont see you having any problems ..

Oh yea!!!!!!! Now you are going to have even a better looking Xray. Gotta love it. I can't wait to see your car on Sunday. I have all the BMI stuff on my car this time when you see it. Only thing I need is shock towers when and if Jason makes them.

protc3 thanks for getting me those standoffs. I really appreciate your quick response. That is just another reason why you are getting nothing but a great reputation. Thanks again Jason.

thanks bro,i really appreciate it.

as for the issues with the steering rack holes,i am going to look into this and take care of it.there are a total of 3 steering rack mounting positions on the chassis.1st set is closest to the tranny, that is option 1 nitro rack holes, the set right behind them going toward the rear of the chassis is for the standard etc3 rack, the set furthest to the rear that are in line with the front set of nitro rack holes is the new position.i will put the rack on my car to see what the problem is.i will resolve this and either fix your chassis for who ever has problems with it or tell you where to put the holes.thanks guys and thank you tim for helping out.

My xrays all built on the agua bmi chassis. The craftmenship of this chassis is Superb!! Everything is really tight and he even has cutouts where the bulkhead goes. I think it will be a great race this Sunday. Here's three pics. (sorry, the camera is not of the highest quality.)
