How is everyone doing? It looks like another long lonesome haul to Arkansas again this weekend for race 3, and then a break till sometime in August for race 4. I am setting 2nd in 4wd points and 3rd in truck, and I think tied for 10th in 2wd. It has been fun, but I looking forward to a break from the traveling.
Also, I would almost kiss the man that first made a c-notch for lowered trucks. It has made driving my truck alot more enjoyable.

Thanks.
The racing has been close. I think it will go down to the final race. My goal was top 5 in all 3 classes, so we will see, lol.

...and race 3 rained out lol. 3 for 3 on reschedules. At least it is early enough I can head up to Tulsa and race outdoors there. So, it will be good practice for the series tracks.
happy bday Scott.

I ran 2wd and 4wd yesterday in Tulsa. In 2wd my struggled continued, but mid day I went back to square one on it and the first few laps of the main were good till the steering came apart lol. I guess I better take some time and work on my cars. In 4wd I qualified 2nd and finished second. I really need to work on my starts. My out laps making mistakes or getting caught up in stuff makes it hard to come back at the end of the race. I just do not know if I am not being cautious enough, or maybe I need to be more aggressive. The last two weekends were my first really being out in the heat, and I know now that I am definitely not drinking enough fluids, with the meds I am on. I feel like I got hit by a truck today. So as Casper has preached, hyrdation is key.
Lots of guys from JBRL are gunna try to make at least two of these races like some fast guys like Calvert and Turner and lots of others..there is one throwout. And the two races at RacersHaven will be the same layout as the race that is going to be there for the JBRL...hope to see some of you guys out there!
