I will have my 10.5 that i run in my truck for small tracks too, thanks for the info Casper.

Which setting on the GT 1.1 controls the power across the power-band?

Turning up and down the DRRS settings will effect the power. Turning it down will smoothen out the power for looser tracks and if you want more punch you can turn it up and you will have a lot more bottom end with the motor. You can also under gear the motor to take away power.

Hi all, Alex and I are over here in Scottsdale, my sister lives here, and we plan on going over for some practice today. Qualifying starts tomorrow, I think they are doing 3 rounds on Saturday, then on Sunday, 1 round of quals and then the mains. I will keep everybody posted on how we do, but we will do our best to represent the Banzai Nation. Thanks for all the good luck wishes.
Mom, my sister remembers you from RCLive and she says "hi".

Hi Mom and Scott, Just wamted to post an update from SRS. Alex is running in the SRS 2wd and SRS 4wd. The SRS class = 19T,13.5,10.5. After 3 rounds Alex had a 3rd, a 2nd and a 3rd. For you qual point gurus (Casper) that is a 5 point total and we have (1) more qual round tomorrow. I think it's safe to say a top 3 qualfier in 2wd SRS. Bill Koch(SP?) is the top qualfier with 2 wins out of 3 rounds. That is tought to beat. In 4wd SRS, unfortunately they did not have enough people to have a 4wd mod class, so Frank Root got booted into the 4wd SRS class, needless to say, he is the top qualifier. Alex has (2) 5th place finished and a DNF. Alex is improving in each round, except the last 4wd round, and I think he will have a little something tomorrow. The mains are going to be 35 lap mains. The 1st one to 35 laps wins. Seems kinda wierd...stinkin Zonies. I will let you know how we ended up either tomorrow night ot Monday. Thanks for all the support, that Banzai flag is heavy.
