What a long weekend. We had 144 entries at the bigfoot this weekend. I ended up 2nd in the B stock buggy and 2nd in the B mod 4wd. I finally figured out what I and my cars needed but it was too little too late. I was chasing down 1st in both races but made a few too many mistakes. I have been half sick to my stomach since i woke up friday and just worn out. We were at the track from 8am sat till 1am sunday. My last 4wd qualifier was after midnight. Anyways, it turned out alright and I learned a bit more for the next race.

btw... how about JR last night!

Some fun club racing this weekend. Scott even TQ'd stk truck! Showed some of those young guns how to do it!

I was hoping for some better results but a lot of my issues were not self inflicked. Overall a good night of racing. It is always fun to get out to the track. I am hoping to get out again next year as part of my b-day celebration to myself!

Not too shabby Billy! We have those long week-ends at the
JBRL races, and yep, they can be exhausting, especially if
you aren't feeling good!! You'll get 'em next race!

Turbo Joe!! You're turning into a good crew chief!! The driver
should just give up and run your car and our motor!! Seems
he wins with that combination!! Thank you for getting my
chair. And now you're gonna kill me! I was going to put it in
the trash because it's coming apart in several spots! Then
forgot! So, you can "pitch" it for me, but thanks for looking
out for me!!

Finally got in some racing Saturday! The weather was really
nice. The "Old Dude" should have won, he'll get them next
Saturday!

HOW ABOUT JUNIOR!!!!!!!!!! Scott already bought me a new
Jr. scarf for my head, so I"m almost ready to go!! Need a
shirt! HINT HINT!!!!!!!!

Sorry for writing a novel here, first time I could get in today!
I'm beginning to hate this site, it's either slow, not loading
at all, or down!!!!!!!!!!

Thank Banzai mom.. yeah long weekend. I about dozed off at work today since it was slow. I did set one record this weekend. Only car to fly off the track, flip through the first row of pit tables and land under the next set lol.. I broke one rear suspension mount. 2 mod wheelers, touching wheels full tilt makes bad things happen. As a matter of fact Dawson raced and my car cartwheeled through his pit spot. All that excitement aside, I did learn alot more this weekend, so I guess thats the upside.

Thursday... *cough cough* prerace at 12pm cst *cough cough* I feel something coming on *sniffle cough*

Actually I have time to recoup. I worked an extra hour today, and 2 hours the other night for a code rollout. So, that combined with lunch. I may just take a half day.

So i raced this weekend at La Mirada. Yes, i actually raced..2 classes even. I ran my T4 with the 19t and won the main. I know...its the beater class...but other than the qualifiers, it's the only practice i had. In Stock Sedan, i made a comeback from last(after a bunch of beating) to 2nd in the B main. I just need another race day or two to get a feeling for gearing. Running the new Cyclone Moorespeed is definately a pleasure to drive. I usually get a great feel for the throttle with my cars, but being its first time out with it, i know im not even in the ball park. Looking at the A main times, im about .7 seconds behind the A main winner. I sure do miss my Pink cans! 5.4 igr and call it a day. Anyway, I'll call you this week Maah when i come to pick up my new motors. Had fun racing again!
