I just bought a cd12 last night switching over from a carpet knife 3.2r, I hope its better because it sure loks nicer and the center pivot design also looks better than the crc center ball

Welcome to the Diggity Team!! Im sure you will be pretty happy with its performance... Last season we had very promising results from the release of our 3D12 and CD12... Locally we had fantastic results racing against some talented 1/12th drivers like James Brink, Tom Heys, Jody Flipse, and National champs like Terry Rott and Chris Mockerman.. we were able to set fast laps about 80% of the time with some wins in the A-mains. These cars just need to be at more tracks! Let me know if you need any set-up info.. Max (Max K) was real fast with our CD12 last season so if you want to give him a PM he would have a good start for ya...

This will handle alot different than the CRC. It has the batteries done the middle. Diggity should have a starting setup for you. Tom Brown was running the car last weekend at Frederick. I can help you with setup also.
Sorry I didn't see that you got the CD one. But Senior and I will be glad to help you.

Has anyone tried running other spur gear adapters? I want some more blue on the car and wondered if I can run these aftermarket ones on the car?

Hey Will: Yes, you can use aftermarket TC3 or TC4 spur gear adapters, you will need to machine the opposite side of the spur gear adapter where the pin slides in to hold it in place.. We have done this with a couple different ones..
