Mr Haynes NICE JOB!! You made us proud......
From concept to prototype to qualifying 2nd in the A in Cleveland to pulling down a podium finish.......this has been an awesome expierience!
From the very beginning "experts" have been telling us this car would never work. Then they would watch it in an actual race, and then come back and say "that car might work at a club race, but at a big race it would never work", now the car that would NEVER work has gone up against some pretty stout competition and done fairly well.
To all those people that say that the batteries have to be "slammed" all the way back in order to get traction or to transfer weight, or that in order to get the MX2 to handle is to put a t-bar on the car, I can only say one thing....
Thanks again Mike Haynes and thanks Eric for believing in a car that "would never work!"

My car slowes up a bit later in the run, so i was just trying to block any passing attempt, i got a small tap and myself and 2nd lost some time, third slipped by and we finished in that order.

Mainly battery, my car was using the entire pack..like 4 or 5 sec left over..so the last 2 or 3 laps were a little sluggish....also, my tires were getting sticky at the end of the race so it was binding up a bit...just need to work on the setup a spec to make it more efficient, it seemed to drive real well aside from that...
The car has come a VERY LONG way since the first proto I drove I'm pretty sure Eric is going to be specing out the stuff we tried on my car at this race for the next run of kits. I would imagine you could also buy the different pieces seperate...as spares....either way they are worth getting a hold of.
