When you connect the battery to the charger is the ground connected to the ground and the positive connected to the positive? If so than it should charge. All because it dosent get hot dont mean that its not charging. Have you tried to hook it up to your car after let it charge?

Why not just get a peak charger?

Can't see for your thumb, but exactly as stated above - make sure connectors are lined up so the black wires are on same side. Connector has anempty pin, so make sure the pins are lined up across the 2 connectors.

It should at least get warm when its charging. Check voltage, maybe its charged and that charger has a cutoff??

Looks like your thumb is charging just fine

If its a used battery it may be crapped out, sometimes they dont hold a charge anymore

How old is the battery? Also check and see if the wall charger is getting warm. If it's not it is probably a bad charger.

Yeah you will be fine this charger. I use this on at the track and in the house. Being that I dont use Lipo batteries. This charger is good. Its only 30 bucks. If you have a local hobby shop they should have it for 30 bucks also.

Trickle charging will not warm the battery
If it's only charging at, say, 150mAh, that battery will never get warm... Ever.

Not sure what that HPI wall unit puts out, but it's probably just a trickle charger...
