Nope, I'm thinking about ditching foams for a while and doing rubber tire on the carpet. It seems like one-way is the thing to do with rubber/carpet. I'm going to pick up the spool pads for the outdoor car and convert the front diff. Thinking about picking up a 5.5 for some "mild" mod.

Does anyone know when or where front arms will or are available? Horizon Hobby still shows mid-April.

Horizon can't seem to make up its mind about the arms. If you add them to your cart, you get this:

Front Suspension Arms: JRX-S Type R [LOSA1217]

In Stock. Usually ships in 1-2 business days. Shipping out of California warehouse.

Guys, just order the old front arms......they work and are actually stronger....

I am sorry, but the new material of the arm kinda sucks.....Garrett broke like 4 of them since getting the kit.....he was about to call it a weekend, but I had some old arms.....put them on his car and he didn't break a front arm the rest of the weekend....

dont know the part number off the top of my head but its the old bk arm. they are shorter so you have to put the arm in the wide setting, i didnt have the bk arms so i had to use the older ones, changed my geometry quite a bit, had to go to a way stiffer spring, got the car really good though....parma bumper helped out alot....if you get the bk arms i think it is the same shock position.

The fronts are LOSA9739A for the BK style, which what you want. The rears are LOSA9861A for the BK style. Just to clarify these are the short arms, so you will need to flip the blocks around to maintain the current roll-center.

Will try running role even lower at WLRC next Monday.

Car has loads of grip and steering.

What's Horizon like with shipping backorders? Do they notify you via email, or do they just show up?
