I hope so, it is quite an investment.

Btw, do you know if the entire NT1 diffs fit in the Lab, because they look almost identical to me?.
Same thing for the fueltank, does it fit?.

Ow and does a body cut for the NT1 fit the Lab?

-Diffs fit directly, and diff cases seem to be same geometry. Btw, Nt1 diff:37grams, lab c01 diff:25 grams!!
-You'll receive an xray tank in the kit
-capricorn has a wider rear shock tower so wont fit rear, will fit front.

Other same parts I can mention: Pullies, belts, uprights, front upper and rear lower arms, Universal shafts, axles, front shock tower, front bumper assembly, roll center eccentrics, bearings, and of course turnbuckle rods. Btw, capricorn uses 4mm turnbuckles, be aware.

Thanks for the great reply, seems like I can keep a lot of my spares just in case something would break.

Now I only have to wait till the Fr ARB set comes available.

Hi!

Here is a picture with the similar parts!
You can use all XRAY NT1 parts which are marked with a red arrow!
The arrows at the shocks and diff mean the whole assembled part!
And of course fits all small, standart parts like screws, servo mount, etc.!

I do not check all items!
If i found some more, i will post it here!

You can use from NT1:
- front and rear belt
- all pulleys (except the 20T brake pulley!)
- front and rear diff
- bumper, body posts, bumper support
- front hub
- rear lower arms
- front upper arms
- swing shafts
- shocks and springs
- fuel tank
- brake pad
- pivot balls, pivot screws
- roll bar
- servo linkage

Here the same picture as .pdf in higher resolution:

Default What the?

A few questions for you:

Does the LAB-C01 come with the diff oils or shock oils?

No WCE Capricorn clutch? It appears you have to cut the clutch shoes yourself???

Thanks in advance guys!

Hello,

i just ran with the car, and i'm just impressive with it. I tested it with the box setup, and the car is really easy to drive and really fast.

Really better than the Serpent 733 which was much difficult to setup. Also i drove during 8 or 9 tank with not any problem which was not the case with the Serpent.

Will try some other setups to be faster and faster.

It comes with shock and diff oils in 50ml bottles.

It includes the wce clutch, except the inner 3 clutch shoes in front of the flywheel, and they are pre cut, they just need to be seperated from each other like from a part tree.

Xtreme RC Cars has a review on the LAB-CO1 in the July issue, page 82. Just received it in the mail today.

I have tested my car for the first time today, after long time raining over here... It was wonderful! First, I had to break in my new Rb engine, so had couple tanks very slow on the track, which was low to low-mid traction during the day.

Car had no problems whatsoever, and felt very stable and consistent right from the start. Before running the car, I had some anticipation about the handling because susp. arms were still a little tight on the pins even after reaming. Anyways it was good, and only problems I ran across were clutch spring being little too tight for break in, and rear anti roll screw loosened.

At the end of the day I was running at %85-%90 of the motors potential, and setup felt really similar to Nt1. Lab c01 was more direct at the corner entry, accelerating faster, and more stable when fast, those were my feelings.

Equipment:
RB R3 engine with 2064 exhaust, 5 fin manifolt
Savöx SC-1251 MG low profile servos both st and throttle.
Spektrum Sr3001 receiver, intellect 1600mah Nimh battery
Dodge stratus 3.1 body
Grp tires
Xray front hard bumper
