Yeah the sweep tires are ok, but the Pit Shimizu tires are better.

This may have been asked already and I haven't fully researched yet, but has anyone had problems with front wheels?
I bought some Tuning Haus Rims and the bearings do not seem to fully fit like I would expect. Also, I am having to shim the wheels out 1.5mm to keep the rim webbing from scraping the carbon arms....

Is this normal for this car?

Tuning haus wheels are crap. Me and a few other guys have had this issue with the way the bearing seats and went back to Tamiya wheels.

JoeyE! You are gonna love that car! Looks very cool! Time to put the hurt on Jaime! What did you use to spray the wings?

Just sprayed it with TAMIYA TS-16 with a little clear. I don't think it will last. I haven't been racing for 2 1/2 years so I don't think I'll put the hurt on Jaime. If anything, I'll be traffic. Looking forward for this weekend at WSR. That was the name of that place, right?

Any of you X1 owners make the change to 25.5T motor? If so how are you gearing? For outdoor asphalt medium large track.

Going to start out on high bite carpet then switch over to medium bite asphalt when it warms up more here on the east coast.

Does the track have a rule about the front wing? If not, I'd stick with the stock wing for durability on the carpet. Otherwise, you need a wing, at least.
