Sorry if this has been asked before... But i currently have a 99% modded 1.0, and i figure that if I can buy the 2.0 parts separately I'll be able to build a 2.0 and a spare 1.0 from my spareparts.

Can anyone post the partnrs of the relevant parts to go from 1.0 to 2.0 ?

Edit:
Sorry, I don't want to sound like I didn't want to do my homework; I have tried to find these myself. Is there anything i need besides shocktowers, chassis and battery mount ?

go to the TLR site and look up the parts and anything that says SCTE 2.0 you will need....pretty much everything in the center of the chassis, the chassis and the CF shock towers

I kept a copy of the list from another rctech user. Here it is. Prices very depending on where you get them.

https://docs.google.com/document/d/1...it?usp=sharing

All I need is the chassis then I can start my conversion.

2.0 fans;

I just bought a new kit and wanted to know if you guys are installing the King Headz center diff system? On the 1.0 it removed a great deal of play out of the drive train....thanks for the feedback! For large, 45 second lap time range for the fast guys with a 220' straight, what setups are you guys starting with? Also, on the 4600 Pro versus the 4300 HD how are you geared? I ran a 16t pinion in my 1.0.

Loving the 2.0. T.Qed Spring Fling. I wont mention the main...lol Pretty much running stock setup with a few minor adjustments. I am liking the way this truck jumps and accelerates. Still running castle 3800 and mmpro. Stays nice and cool. Subcultures all the way around for outdoors has been working decent for a variety of conditions.

IMO the kh mounts aren't needed on the 2.0. The updated diffs have taken most of the slop out.

I have an issue I hope you guys can help with. My 2.0 has been running the same motor/esc that I took from my RTR 1.0 truck. I want to get a top of the line motor/esc for it and my LHS said Tekin has the best service so I have been waiting forever for the new HD4300 and RX8 to be available to his shop (he gives me deals). The wait has now extended two months and the wait is killing me. What are some comparable combos that offer similar power and quality along with service? Tired of waiting....

The new HD motors are available at several stores, it should not be a problem to find. As far as the new version of the rx8, I'm not sure if anyone knows the date it will come out. Just buy a NIB or used one in the for sale section and your set

I will second this 100%! I have the HW 3656sd 4,000kv and it is a wonderful motor... Super smooth, powerful, and runs very cool...

wellll the snow is gone, its supposed to be about 70F today and FINALLY my 2.0 is hitting the track about 4pm...just cant wait.
I'm running last years 1.0 and this years 2.0 so it will be interesting to see how much it messes me up switching between the two.
Very excited also to see the difference between the tekin pro 4600 and my older sc4x 5.5

Why would you run both and switch between the two?

I run the 4700kv w/ sct pro and it runs cool enough to get through any common race and still have runtime left
