Exclamation Mounting a Mamba Max

i need to mount a mamba max esc onto a electric rustler, and it has no mounts. i need to be able to get to the usb hookup(duh ) so i was going to use the plastic plate in front of the XL-1 esc mounting place. but i need to know how to do that, do i glue it on, or what?

If you have one of the rustlers that had a msc you can get a rpm mount and just use double sided tape or velcro so you can pull it off to get to the usb easier

ya i ended up using the battery plate in front of the xl1 esc, you can turn it a little and use the other screw hole into where the esc mounted, then used servo tape.

Talking

After some of the jumps I have done with the 7700 I had to tiestrap mine. Tape and velcro dont hold up to 10' to 12' backflips over hondas. LOL

i just ended up mounting it in the middle, with one of the plates, and put masking tape over the USB port to keep the dirt out and havent had any problems.
