Quinton, have you had a chance to work on your sponsor letter? Send me a copy once you get it done.

Default Hotels.

I was courious to know if anyone has booked thier hotel room yet (with the host hotel).

Did it go smooth?

Did they apply the discount?

Were there any concerns?

I just want to make sure everyone is getting taken care of, as there is some sort of womens volley ball tournament at the college and many of the hotel availability is going to be some what tight.

Kinda hard to book a room when we dont even know that classes are run...isn't it.

Anyway I am looking foward to more info on this race.

I wouldnt think the classes would vary much from the normal ones run, so choosing what to run, and reserving a room, shouldnt really matter, reservations can always be canceled if there isnt a class you would run....

Default Classes

Man I wish I could post the classes. We're waiting on ROAR to make the final call on that. They are hard at work to get everything wrapped up asap.

I checked with the "host" Hotel and apparently a few people were eager to book no matter what the classes are; So far they have filled 18 Doubles, and 5 Singles under the "ROAR Block".

you can bet at least the required classes as per the nationals guidelines... (see ROAR Website, click on 'rules')

Excom has received the deviation requests and will discuss these at the meeting next month...

All is good guys.. we want you to race what you want to race..
