Maybe OFNA dont have it available yet...?!

STS - Webpage
(Dragon info here )

The LD3 pro -> CD3 pro upgrade is pretty cheap but does not come with 0.8 gears like the true CD3 pro does..

Yeah, but at least throw it in the "What's Hot" or "What's New" section and get everyone all hot an bothered before it comes out!

It's mentioned on the home page:

http://www.ofna.com/

The car hasn't arrived yet. Team Driver Jeff Lin has the only one I know of that's being tested stateside.

Either check a few pages back or look for the CD3 thread
that was started a few weeks ago. Pics have been posted so at least you can see what's supposed to be coming.

Getting of the CD3 subject for a bit, I've been in my trans. for my LD3 twice now trying to figure out why is it stuck in second gear Everything seems to work fine nothing is out of order and the set screws are not to tight that it wouldn't allow it to opperrate properly can someone sheed some light on this dark issue.....

If the screws were too tight, it wouldn't shift out of 1st gear, if memory serves...

Blaze1,

Has it operated properly in the past, or has it been scrad from the git go? If it did work fine in the past, did it give any warning it was failing or did it lock into 2nd gear all of a sudden? Did it happen during a run or after it had been sitting for a while? Give us a little history of the problem and maybe we can help better.

-John

Is it just shifting immediately out of first? Tighten the springs or use Assoc. two speed springs.

i just noticed this starter box on the OFNA website:
http://www.ofna.com/start-box.html
the starter box in question is part no. 10245. now as we all know OFNA are the masters of rebadging products, who is the real manfacturer of this product?

Not to sure about the "real manufacturer" but I know it's a great box. Compact, light, and powerfull.

Default First race with new LD3 Pro

Well the car did great!

Did not get a chance to qualify (engine to new - hard to start),
but I did finish the A - Main (only eight cars there today).

I came in 3rd place for the main - not to bad when you start in 8th position.

Needs a little more tuning, but it drove great. Picco engine had lot's of power and more to spare.

Started with the setup from OFNA's web site as a base's.

Great choice the LD3 Pro!
