There was a problem with this and some models of servo. The fix that was given by the team guys a while back was that you'll just have to lightly file a little off that portion of your servo.

I run a KO 2173 and I had to take off a VERY little at only one point,to keep mine from rubbing. And that was just at one little point. Also, since KO uses servo ears that are kinda rounded, you might want to check by your front belt and make sure that it isn't rubbing the servo ear at the mounting point.

0* inboard will get you 0* of toe, add the 2* hubs with the 0* inboard and you'll have a total of 2* out on the arm...

I'm also being told that offset hubs will yield more steering...

I had to take off alot of matiral and its still rubbing alittle

I feel you. I didn't even want to take that little bit off mine. But look at it like this, some cars require the removal of part or all of a servo ear(s), so doing some 'grooming' on your servo is just something we have to deal with in some kits.

Unfortunate, but sometimes neccesary...

Yeah.. I know of the LOSI pads (actually my first trip to SpeedWorld is when/where i first heard of and bought some). Tried them in a YOK at the time.. They worked, but didn't last for too long (for me).. they started to slip after a while..

Its the other way around. Toe-in in the pivot will give you less steering since it will not want to transfer as much weight over the front.
