The first things I would do are get the lowered carpet shock towers and the Tamiya shocks. It's a little pricey but well worth it. The TRF shocks are probably the best design out there right now. Most of the team driers are running them on the car. You'll also need either the Associated or the new Schumacher springs. The Schumacher ones are more of the in between rates. Xtreme RC just did a very good article on spring rates where they dyno tested all of the most common springs on the market to test their accuracy. It's very interesting and very informative. It'll help you make a better decision about what springs to get for the car.

Hi guys.
What effect does adding spacers under the rear ball studs on the alloy hubs have. I know that it will change the roll centre but which offers better grip. More or less spacers?

Adding spacers seems to reduce traction (side-bite).

Any LHS can order any Schumacher part or car all they have to do is pick up the phone. You can also order on line at www.racing-cars.com.

Would part number 1388 black medium springs be the front buggy springs?? And I assume 1386 greys would be the same length as well?

Yes, the U1388 & U1386 are buggy front springs. Don't confuse the buggy and touring car springs as the colors are opposite of each other

To quote Adrian eariler "Let the oneway die! Let the oneway die!" The only place it works is SoCal. I have yet to see a car that works better there with a spool than a oneway.

Don't worry....I'll have two cars just for this race. One with a spool and one with a oneway. We'll see what happens this weekend. When oneway sales go up after this race you can apologize to me later
